Bail applications

The attention of practitioners is directed to Order 84 Rule 13 of the Rules of the Superior Courts which requires an application to be made to the court for an order to bring up a prisoner to give evidence. Such application should be made at least two clear days before the hearing; and the notice of motion (for bail) should have been filed beforehand in the Central Office.
