The 19th of May sitting of Newcastle West District Court has been adjourned and relocated to Court 3 in Mulgrave Street Courthouse Limerick on the 2nd June 2020 at 10.30am.

Arrangements for Remote Hearings of Civil Appeals During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Covid 19 - Adjourned sitting dates

Newcastle West:

The 5th of May sitting of Newcastle West District Court has been adjourned to the same location on the 3rd November 2020 at 10.30am.

The Civil & Family Law sittings scheduled to take place at Cavan Circuit Court week commencing 19th May, 2020 will not proceed.

The President of the High Court has directed that the current arrangements for the conduct of court business in the High Court remain the same until further notice.

All County Registrar's Motions Courts and Case Progression Hearings scheduled for May for County Meath are adjourned.

Court office will notify parties of adjourned date in due course.
