Friday 2nd October 2020:
Due to the continuation of public health measures as a result of Covid-19, the High Court Civil Jury call over scheduled for the 15th October 2020 has been cancelled.

Please note that all defendants on bail are excused from attending Court on the above date.
The Court Service is pleased to inform practitioners and lay litigants that the Master of the High Court shall resume hearings as and from Tuesday the 6th October 2020
Please note that Defendants are not required to attend at the Callover on Tuesday 6th October 2020 at Naas Courthouse, unless their attendance has previously been directed by the Judge.

CORK CIRCUIT
A callover will take place at 14:30 on Monday 14th September 2020 which will deal with cases listed (and previously published) for 15/9/20 to 18/9/20 and 22/9/20 to 25/9/20.
District No. 25– Naas and Athy
General
Since the start of the pandemic, the Courts Service main focus has been the safety of all court users.
From the week of August 31st 2020 Special Criminal Courts 1 and 2 will recommence.
From the week of the 21st September 2020 until the end of the year there will be Central Criminal Court trials held in Cork, Kilkenny and Castlebar.
From the week of the 14th September there will be Central Criminal Court trials held in both Cork and Kilkenny.
From 31st August, 2020 there will be Central Criminal Court trials held in Limerick, Waterford and Cork.
Two trials in the Central Criminal Court will start in the CCJ, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 from 31st August 2020 with juries for two trials to be sworn in the CCJ
From September 8th 2020 up to an additional 2 trials will be held in the Kings Inns, Constitution Hill, Dublin 7 with the jury being selected in the CCJ.
Trials in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court will start in the CCJ, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 from 31st August 2020 with juries for three trials to be sworn in the CCJ.
District Court Business in the Courthouse, Court No.1 at Cloverhill District Court, Cloverhill Road, Dublin 22 will continue from the 1st September, 2020
District Court Business in the Courthouse at Tallaght, Westpark, Dublin 24 will re-commence from the 1st September, 2020
From the 1st September 2020 in the Dublin Metropolitan District Court, Courts No. 1, 2, 3 , 4, 8 and 18 will be sitting in the CCJ, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8.
