I, Sandra Murphy, the duly assigned Judge of the District Court of the above District Court Areas hereby direct by way of formal Practice Direction in relation to the District Family Court in District Number 2.

Where reports are directed to be furnished to the Court or requested by the Court or otherwise agreed to be provided to the Court, such reports shall, unless the application is of an emergency nature, be made available to the Court in electronic version in PDF format and in triplicate by hard copy at least seven days in advance of the hearing date.

This is effective from 2 January 2025
