The Family court on 7 May will proceed. There will be a virtual court at 10am where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Family Motions involving lay litigants will be heard in timeslots on 7 May and solicitors can attend these motions virtually while the lay litigants must attend the court in person.
The Civil motions court will proceed virtually on 17 May at 10am where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Civil Motions involving lay litigants will be heard in timeslots on 17 May and solicitors can attend these motions virtually while the lay litigants must attend the court in person.
The Possession courts on 10 May, 21 May and 24 May will proceed. Motions will be heard in timeslots and solicitors can attend these motions virtually while the lay litigants must attend the court in person.
The Family Callover on 31 May will be a virtual court at 10am. Lay litigants are to email trimcourtoffice@courts.ie to advise the court whether their case is to be called on or adjourned.
Consent applications/ adjournments can continue to be received by email and be ruled at court.
Taxations, marriage exemptions, care rep applications and ground rents will continue via virtual courts.
