The Possessions court on 12 April 2021 is adjourned to 12 July 2021.
The Possessions court on 23 April 2021 is adjourned to 18 June 2021.
The Family court on 16 April will proceed. There will be a virtual court at 10am where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Family Motions involving lay litigants will be heard in timeslots on 16 April and solicitors can attend these motions virtually while the lay litigants must attend the court in person.
The Civil motions court will proceed virtually on 26 April at 10am where there are solicitors for all parties in each case. Civil Motions involving lay litigants will be heard in timeslots on 26 April and solicitors can attend these motions virtually while the lay litigants must attend the court in person.
Consent applications/ adjournments can continue to be received by email and be ruled at court.
Taxations, marriage exemptions, care rep applications and ground rents will continue via virtual courts.
