Important Notice Regarding County Registrar Motions lists - Dublin Civil Circuit Court
To reduce the current waiting times for hearing dates for Civil Motions before the Dublin County Registrar, caused by the Covid-19 restrictions, the following will apply
All Motions with original dates before the County Registrar of the 29th March 2022 or the 5th April 2022 will now be heard on the 1st March 2022 together.
All Motions with original date before the County Registrar of the 26th April 2022 will now be heard on Monday the 7th March 2022.
All Motions with original dates before the County Registrar of the 3rd May 2022 or the 10th May 2022 will now be heard on Tuesday the 8th March 2022 together.
All Motions with original dates before the County Registrar of the 17th May 2022 or the 24th May 2022 will now be heard on the 15th March 2022 together.
All Motions with original dates before the County Registrar of the 31st May 2022 or the 21st June 2022 will now be heard on Tuesday the 22nd March 2022.
All Motions with original date before the County Registrar of the 28th June 2022 will now be heard on the 23rd March 2022.
All Motions with original dates before the County Registrar of the 5th July 2022 or the 12th July 2022 will now be heard on the 29th March 2022.
All Motions with original dates before the County Registrar of the 19th July 2022 or the 26th July 2022 will now be heard on the 30th March 2022.
Future lists will be reviewed at a later date and further notices will be posted. Please ensure you regularly check these notices and the Legal Diaries as no other notification will be issued.
The Legal Diaries for the above dates will be issued in due course. If your case does not appear in a Legal Diary that you believe it should be included on, please email dublinciviloffice@courts.ie and have the subject line as ‘Urgent – County Registrar Motions’.
As per the existing Notice please ensure that hard copy booklet of pleadings and proceedings are lodged in the Dublin Civil office NOT LATER THAN 3 working days prior to hearing date.
The moving party to the motion must notify the Respondent to the motion in writing of the new hearing date and that notification must be contained in the booklet of pleadings and proceedings.
