In light of current restrictions and the high volume of matters adjourned due to the Covid-19 pandemic,
Dublin Circuit Family law Court will hold a remote call-over of motions adjourned during the Hilary term.
Motions that were listed from Monday the 11th of January 2021 to the 29th of January inclusive
will now be called over remotely on Monday the 12th April 2021 with a view to assigning a date and time to them.
Due to the volume of matters, the Call-over will be split into 4 separate time frames:
Call-over 1 : 10:00am Motions from January 11th to January 13th 2021
Call-over 2 : 11:00am Motions from January 14th to January 18th 2021
Call-over 3 : 14:00pm Motions from January 19th to January 25th 2021
Call-over 4 : 15:00pm Motions from January 26th to January 29th 2021
The attached lists for the Call-over are published with the call-over time which they have been assigned to.
