Amendment to Carrickmacross and Monaghan District Court Sittings

S.I. No. 467 of 2021 – District Court Districts and Areas (Amendment) and Variation of Days and Hours (Carrickmacross and Monaghan) Order, 2021.

With effect from the 1st of November, 2021 the District Court sittings of Carrickmacross and Monaghan are hereby varied as follows;

Carrickmacross District Court – First, Second, Third and Fourth Monday in each month.  All sittings at 10.30am or as otherwise directed by the Court.

Monaghan District Court - First, Second, Third and Fourth Wednesday in each month. Third Tuesday in each month. All sittings at 10.30am or as otherwise directed by the Court.
