This is the date of the Annual Licensing Court (ALC) applicable to the Court venue attaching to this clerkship to be held in September 2025.

The public counter at our Dublin District Court Family Law Office – Dolphin House will open at 10.00 a.m. on the following dates:

Balbriggan District Court and Office will be closed on Friday 16 May from 12pm to 4pm as a mark of respect for the funeral of Garda Flatley.

We understand false Fines Notices, such as the one attached, are in circulation.  

If you have been summonsed to attend for Jury Duty at Kilkenny Courthouse on Friday 9 May 2025 – you are now no longer required and are relieved of your jury service. 

The Dublin Circuit Family Law Office In Phoenix House will close at 12:30pm on Friday 6 June 2025 For staff training. 

The remainder of the Jury Panel for Kilkenny Circuit Court are not required to attend for jury service tomorrow Friday 2 May 2025. You are required to attend on Tuesday 6 May 2025 at 10:15am

Please take note that on Wednesday 14 May at 9.30am a remote Callover of all the Personal Insolvency matters listed for Hearing on Wednesday 21 May will take place to determine if matters are ready

Please note that those, Panel Number 10, summonsed to attend for Jury Service commencing on Tuesday 29 May 2025 at Nenagh Circuit Court are no longer required to attend on Thursday 1 May 2025.

Carlow Circuit Family Court due to be held on Tuesday 29 April 2025 is adjourned to Wednesday 30 April 2025, apologies for any inconvenience.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Naas District Court, scheduled for Thursday 24 April 2025 will start at 1pm.
