For the attention of all Practitioners lodging documents relating to Dublin Metropolitan District Annual Licensing 2025

This is the date of the Annual Licensing Court (ALC) applicable to the Court venue attaching to this clerkship to be held in September 2025.

In line with the Easter Determination Order, the Dublin District Court Licensing Court (Court 23, Ground Floor, Four Courts, Dublin 7) will not sit on Wednesday 23 April 2025.

Please take note that, with effect from Tuesday 6 August, all manual applications for Annual Licensing must be lodged in Court 33 on the Ground Floor, Áras Úi Dhál

A large volume of payments has issued this week for license waiver refunds - starting with those which were applied for on-line via CSOL (eLicensing)
