A list of frequently asked questions for Directions Booklets
The booklet, usually a short one, should be indexed, paginated and clearly identifiable in relation to the case. It should include the judgment and/or order being appealed; the notice of expedited appeal or notice of appeal (as appropriate); and all respondent’s notices.
You only need to lodge one copy for the directions hearing. Directions books must be lodged by the Friday prior to the directions hearing. Books will not be accepted after that date – they must be brought to the court on the day instead.
