Dublin Circuit Family Law Office at Phoenix House

You must schedule an appointment online to visit this office for:

• Dublin Circuit Court Family Law Matters

You do not need to make an appointment under the Domestic Violence legislation - this remains a walk-in service. Visit our website for Domestic Violence support services that are available.

For all other urgent matters, the office is open for walk-ins from 9:30 am – 10:00 am only.

Outside of this time you can email dublincircuitfamilylaw@courts.ie or call the office at +353 1 888 6315 / 6843 / 6465 to make an appointment for any urgent matters.

If you wish to discuss an ongoing matter, please bring the following:

• Your Case Reference number
• A valid form of photo ID, such as passport or driving licence

All documents lodged must be one original, along with two copies.

Please Note:

A drop box for lodging documents will be located in the main lobby of Phoenix House from November 1st, 2024, until December 31st, 2024, on a trial basis. You can also lodge documents by post to this office; the address is Circuit Court Family Law Office, Phoenix House, 15-24 Phoenix Street North, Smithfield, Dublin 7, D07X028.
